I had an amazing time in Bruges celebrating my anniversary with my boyfriend at this hotel. The rooms were warm but reasonable with the window open; however, they are in need of refurbishment. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with parking and bike storage. The location was perfect, close to the historical center and with a lovely view of the canal. The dining experience was pleasant with a good choice at breakfast but slightly pricey. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
